- Shipping & Delivery
- CurtainSupermarket.co.uk offers a simple and effective shipping pricing policy. All orders over are sent by DHL Courier free of charge to UK Mainland. All other orders are charged at a flat rate. This will be calculated automatically when you pay for your items at the checkout. For international orders please see below for inidividual country prices.
- Delivery Timescales: 95% of our orders are sent out the same day of ordering if ordered before 2pm. We do ask that customers allow upto 5 working days for delivery of your item(s). All customers will be informed by email when their goods are dispatched, when they will be delivered and the unique tracking number so that customers can track the progress of their parcel online.
- Returns & Replacements
- CurtainSupermarket.co.uk guarantee the quality of all our products and are committed to providing excellent products. If a product is defective please contact us and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent out to you and arrange for the original item to be collected. You have 7 working days to do this from the day you receive your order.
- You may cancel Your order with Us for the Goods You order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date You receive the Goods that you have ordered. You do not need to give Us any reason for cancelling Your order. To cancel Your order You must notify Us by e-mail at orders@curtainsupermarket.co.uk with Your order number and full customer name. We will then give you a return address to which the goods must be sent. ALL returns must be sent by recorded delivery to ensure the parcel arrives. Do not send parcels without informing us first as the return address is different to the registered address. The balance of the price paid will be reimbursed to You within 30 days of notification of cancellation by recrediting Your debit or credit card.

- I have received part of my order only, where is the remainder? On Occasions we will send parts of orders out to customers as a part of the order may not be in stock. If you have received part of your order you will be advised when the remainder is due in stock.
- Where can I have my order delivered? We realise that with the pace of life today people have busy lives. We therefore give you the option to send an order to a different address. Many customers find this useful and use a work address or a relative's address to accept the parcel and sign upon receipt.

- CurtainSupermarket.co.uk ship internationally throughout the world to twenty of the most popular countries. If your country is not on here please contact us for a quote. We charge a flat shipping cost to Europe of £20, the Middle East of £30 and the rest of the World £40. Please see below for countires which we ship to.
